Pleasanton police seeking suspect with stolen credit cards

Man shown on video at Livermore 7-Eleven

Pleasanton police are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect caught on camera using a stolen credit card.

On June 29, someone broke a car window in the 4600 block of Chabot Drive in Pleasanton and stole a purse from the vehicle. Fraudulent charges have been made on credit cards taken from the purse. Pleasanton police recently obtained footage from a 7-Eleven in Livermore showing a white male adult using one of the stolen cards.

The suspect in the video is a 5'10 man with brown hair and a thick build wearing shorts and a white T-shirt. Pleasanton police estimate his age is between 20 and 30 years old.

The video has been posted on the Pleasanton Police Department's Facebook page.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Pittl, 931-5280.
