Traffic advisory for this weekend's Seahawks swim meet

Expect congestion on Santa Rita Road, Black Avenue

Pleasanton city officials have issued a traffic advisory for Pleasanton Seahawks swim meet now underway at the Dolores Bengtson Aquatic Center, 4445 Black Ave.

Traffic along Santa Rita Road and Black Avenue may be impacted throughout the meet, according to city officials, who said they've made arrangements with Amador Valley High and Alisal Elementary to offer additional overflow parking at the schools to mitigate congestion along area streets and neighborhoods.

Regular programs offered through the aquatic center will not be available during the weekend. For more information, call 931-3420.
