Police searching for teen missing from home

Teen girl last heard from last Sunday

Pleasanton police are searching for a teen girl who may have run away from home.

Police are searching for Janzel Johnson, who was last heard from on Sept. 13. She is a 17-year-old black female who is 5-foot, 7-inches tall. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

Why isn't this getting any broadcast media coverage? What is different here? Missing since 9/13......This is someone's child!

I think the PD and media do not provide much attn when the individual is 17 +

Watched a documentary on runaways living in/around Seattle- Must have counted over 100.

Easy for a kid to walk out of school/home and just keep walking. Scary but true.
