Hearst Castle historian to speak at Firehouse Arts Center tonight

Victoria Kastner to talk about Pleasanton connection to the Hearst family at Museum on Main lecture

Hearst Castle historian Victoria Kastner will be the speaker at the Museum on Main's monthly Ed Kinney speaker series at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Firehouse Arts Center.

Kastner will share her knowledge and appreciation for the architecture, landscaping and the many people involved in the Pacific palace, from its owner William Randolph Hearst to architect Julia Morgan and its many famous guests. Kastner will also address the Pleasanton connection to the Hearst family.

Tickets are $10 general admission, $7 seniors and students and $5 for museum members. They are available at www.museumonmain.org/ at the Museum on Main, 603 Main St. or by phoning 462-2766.
