Camp Parks in Dublin and the Sean Brock Foundation will hold a Veterans Day run today to benefit Army morale programs and the Sean Brock Foundation.

The foundation is named for Marine Captain Sean Lee Brock who was killed in 2005 in Iraq.

Saturday’s event will start at 8:40 a.m. with opening remarks by Dublin Mayor Tim Sbranti, followed by the playing of the National Anthem and a helicopter flyover.

A 10K run and a separate 5K run and walk will start at 9 a.m.followed by a 1K kids run at 10:15 a.m.

The event is being held at Camp Parks’ Reserve Forces Training Areas, 620 6th St., in Dublin.
