The Dublin San Ramon Services District will hold a public hearing on proposed adjustments to water rates and service charges at 6 p.m. next Tuesday, April 16, in the District Board room, 7051 Dublin Blvd. in Dublin. The proposed would have no effect in Pleasanton which handles its own water system. The changes are based on the results of a water rate study and would increase the average residential bill by approximately $1.35 per month. DSRSD mailed a notice describing the maximum potential rate changes to all water customers on Feb. 22. Detailed information, including a bill estimator, is available on the district's website at http://www.dsrsd.com/your_water_services/proposedrates.html.
