Softball teams win IFA's Fastpitch Shootout

The Mojo Softball 14U and 12U teams won the Fastpitch Shootout held at the Pleasanton Sports Park this weekend, held under the auspices of the Independent Fastpitch Association.

The 14U girls defeated the East County Hotshots in the championship, while the 12U team defeated the Ripon Lady Cyclones in a highly contested 5-4 nail biter.

This is one of 12 tournaments each team will play this year before their season ends at the Triple Crown Nationals in Reno at the end of July.

The Mojo Softball competitive organization is based out of Pleasanton.
