PUSD offers supplies for needy students

First-time giveaway for Pleasanton

Gary Taylor, Pleasanton school district's Lead Warehouse/Buyer shows supplies to be given to students in need.

It's the first time Pleasanton schools have done the giveaway, although Alameda County has had the program in place for years.

Separate bags were available for kindergartners and first graders, second through fifth graders and sixth through twelfth graders were given out.
