You don't want to miss this ENORMOUS clothing and equipment sale. The sale fills two HUGE buildings at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton. In one building there are racks upon racks of gently used clothing and another building is filled to the brim with toys and gear (swings, strollers, baby carriers, exersaucers, books, DVDs, every toy imaginable-- You name it, it's there!). Clothing is usually priced at $2-$3, and there are tons of good name-brand stuff like GAP, Gymboree, Janie & Jack, etc. In addition, they actually screen every single thing they sell, so clothing that has stains, rips, missing buttons, broken zippers, etc. is rejected off the bat. Same thing goes for toys and gear-- Stained or broken items are not accepted and are rejected at the time the item is dropped off for sale. I've gotten a ton of stuff here in the past, including baby clothes, toys, baby sling, baby swing, sleep sacks, etc. If you can make it, I highly recommend it.

Will there be clothes for children that are in the 6 to 7 year range?

Yes, there will be clothes going up to I think it's size 16. Definitely the majority are babies thru younger kids clothes but 6-7 there's still a good selection - quite a few racks. It does start to get less tho when you hit 7yrs & up.

There's great deals on books too for babies thru pre-teens.

Sorry, but further commenting on this topic has been closed.
