It is very important that residents, especially parents, learn about the school board candidates and take the time to vote in November. Our kids' educational futures are affected by the Trustees' interests and decisions! (Remember that mandatory senior project fiasco about 4 years ago?!) Does anyone know whether tonight's candidate session will be televised and if so, when and what channel?

At the end of the forum, the moderator announced that the program would be aired on TV 30 several times before election day. I believe the first showing is this Friday night at 11 pm.

The phone number for TriValley Community Television is 925-462-3030 -- call to ask about the other showings.
