Diabetes self-management class start tonight

 

Diabetes Self-Management classes are being held to help you understand and learn to manage your Type 2 Diabetes, from 6-8 p.m. starting today, Tuesday, Aug. 3, at the Pleasanton Public Library, 400 Old Bernal Ave. This is a seven-week series that teaches about eating the foods you love, how and why to check your blood sugar, the effects of exercise and emotions on blood sugar, medications and more.
