Deep breathing and relaxation are proven to stimulate brain health, increase energy and improve sleep. There will be a workshop tonight from 7-8:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 14, at the Pleasanton Public Library, 400 Old Bernal Ave. There will be an afternoon class from 1-2:30 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 10 and another evening class from 7-8:30 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 11.
