Hovering over Pleasanton

Pauline Thomas was walking along the Marilyn Kane Trail on Pleasanton's west side last Friday when she saw this unusual cloud formation. Since "it" never landed and soon broke up into a less startling pattern, Thomas was left only with this photo that she had quickly snapped to share with our other readers.

Very cool photo. It looks like it's a lenticular cloud.

Nope ... it's a halo over my head as I was walking my dog. My wife has always told me that I have a "Holier than thou" attitude ... here is proof positive that she was right. Next ... you'll soon doves floating in formation over my shoulders as I seek sainthood from Rome. Please have your cameras ready.

Hybrid Owner---you're witnessing the cloud hovering over your Pious when the batteries explode. The Tea Partiers will enjoy warming themselves to the glow of your self-righteousness melting down.
If only....
