Accident near Rowell Ranch Road slowed traffic for hours

All lanes of Interstate Highway 580 near Dublin are clear,

the crash, but two lanes reopened at about 9:30 p.m. A Sig-alert issued at 9:20 p.m. was canceled at 10:05 p.m., when all lanes were clear.
