Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley expected to be mostly sunny today with some patchy clouds and a high temperature of 76 degrees by mid-day. West winds of 5 to 10 mph are anticipated.
Tonight, the Tri-Valley is expected to be mostly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers developing late in the night. A low temperature of 54 degrees is predicted along with west winds of 5 to 10 mph.
For Tuesday, the National Weather Service is predicting a 70 percent chance of occasional showers with a high temperature of only 60 degrees. South winds of 5 to 10 mph are anticipated.
The Weather Service also predicts occasional showers on Wednesday and Thursday with temperatures only in the upper 50s. Clear skies and warm temperatures are forecast for Friday and the weekend.

Even if measured in degrees Kelvin, that would be very warm.
