79 degrees and sunny today in Pleasanton, Tri-Valley

Rain comes back tomorrow night, Tuesday

Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley will find abundant sunshine today with a high temperature of at least 79 degrees by mid-day. Northwest winds of 5 to 10 mph are expected.

Tonight, the Tri-Valley is expected to be generally fair with a low temperature of 44 degrees.

For Monday, the National Weather Service is predicting intervals of clouds and sunshine with a high of 73 degrees as rain showers start moving into the area, with a 30 percent chance of rain Monday night.

The Weather Service also predicts rain on Tuesday with intervals of rain forecast for Wednesday and Thursday before sunny skies return on Friday and next weekend.
