Monday was close, it was cold and overcast with rain and a hail storm by 4 in the afternoon.

Uh, the Tuesday report is misleading for the am, plus it might rain in the eve. The news said: "It's going to be near record COLD Tuesday AM so bundle up to leave the house in the am and we are suppose to have some showers on Tuesday afternoon/eve." low 40's in am.

Taken from above:

For Tuesday, the Tri-Valley is expected to be sunny with a high temperature of 57 degrees by mid-day. Northwest winds of 10 to 20 mph are anticipated.
