Sunny skies finally today for Pleasanton, Tri-Valley

 

Mostly sunny skies are forecast for Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley today as rain showers take a break, at least until late tomorrow. The National Weather Service is calling for a high temperature today of 56 degrees and variable, light winds at 5 to 10 mph.

For tonight, the Tri-Valley is expected to be partly cloudy, although the Weather Service predicts a 40 percent chance of showers. The temperature is expected to drop to 39 degrees.

For Friday, the forecast is for mostly sunny skies with a high temperature of 59 degrees by mid-day. Variable winds of 5 to 10 mph are anticipated.
