Peddler Shoppe at the Pleasanton Senior Center

 

The Peddler Shoppe in the lobby of the Pleasanton Senior Center, 5353 Sunol Blvd. and is where talented local senior artisans sell their wares. All items are handmade. The Shoppe is staffed by volunteers and is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday evenings, and from 9 a.m. to noon on the second Saturday monthly.

This comes across as a "commercia"l advertisement..... aren't other exhibit notices pulled for this reason? "An Attempt to drive people to products for sale" was the reason Jeb cited to pull my events.

I think it is nice we are supporting our seniors, the economy is very difficult and for some people this is their only means of survival without becoming homeless or without care and food.
