Weather forecast for today, weekend for Pleasanton, Tri-Valley

Rain predicted for most of next week, starting Monday

The forecast is for sunny skies Friday and through the weekend for Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley, but rain is predicted starting Monday and for most of next week. A high temperature of 60 degrees by mid-day today and variable winds of 5 to 10 mph are expected.

Tonight, the Tri-Valley is expected to be partly cloudy intervals with a low temperature of 43 degrees. Winds will be light and variable.

For Saturday, the Tri-Valley is expected to be mostly sunny with a high temperature of 58 degrees by mid-day.

The National Weather Service is forecasting showers starting Sunday night and continuing through next Thursday.
