October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and more than 100 ladies got a head start by teeing off in a golf tournament Tuesday at the Ruby Hill Golf Club.
Playing a Texas Scramble formal, the women participated in the golf club’s third annual Rally for A Cure tournament to raise money for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Last year, a total of $4,500 was raised.
