David Lubar at the Pleasanton Library

Lawn weenies, dunk tank Bozos, the Gameboy game Frogger and teenage zombies? They're all the work of acclaimed children's and young adult author David Lubar. Meet him, hear his take on the writer's life (and where he gets those crazy ideas), and get a look at his newest book at 4 p.m. Sept. 29 at the Pleasanton Public Library, 400 Old Bernal Ave. Recommended for ages 8 and older.
