Magic Moments abound at Friday's Concert in the Park

Magic Moments brought memories and music from the 1950s to Lions Wayside Park Friday at the Concert in the Park sponsored by the Pleasanton Downtown Association.

Next Friday the park will be filled with the sounds of melodic jazz as D-Lucca performs.

A drawing is held every week at approximately 8:15 p.m. for prizes donated by local merchants. Drawing forms can be found in the Pleasanton Weekly, the media sponsor for the Concerts in the Park, for that night's drawing.

Winners and prizes awarded at the Magic Moments concert were: $25 Downtown gift certificates provided by the Chamber of Commerce Leadership program - Maureen Salus, Linda Klinger and Bob Rose; Lube, oil and filter from Rynck Tire and Auto Center - Michelle Arnett and Mark Guilucci; Silver Jewelry Box from Hacienda Business Park - Anna Lim and Carol Higgins; Free cut / style and 30 percent off spa services from Image Salon - Nancy Moglan; 50 percent off massage from World School of Massage - Paul Lazunti; free tax planning from Fox and Associates - Charles Yonan; concert chairs donated by Valley Plumbing - Nazer Quentan and Carolyn Arnez; Free bottle of wine with purchase of dinner from Amarone's - Patti Barone and Steve Voyto; $10 gift card from Yolatea - Mary Teart and Dorothy Mello; and a gift basket from The Independent - Mary Kay Rivualt.
