Temperatures expected to moderate as weekend approaches

Pleasanton and the Tri-Valley are expected to be mostly sunny today with patchy low clouds and fog in the morning and the high temperatures reaching 95 degrees. Variable winds of 5 to 20 mph are anticipated.

Tonight the Bay Area is expected to be mostly clear with patchy low clouds and fog developing overnight. Low temperatures in the 50s and lower 60s and variable winds of 5 to 20 mph are anticipated.

Friday the Bay Area is expected to be mostly sunny with patchy low clouds and fog in the morning. High temperatures in the mid 90s inland and variable winds of 5 to 20 mph are anticipated.
