I attended my first yoga class last night. I cannot thank Beth enough for the care she showed to a beginner. Along with being very good at what she does, she was thoughtful enough to encourage me along the way in my travels in the world of yoga. It is worth a try no matter your age or physical condition. The class was small, maybe 8 folks and all were accepting of the only man in the room trying his best.

If you think this is easy, think again. By the middle of the class I was sweating like I had been on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Who would have thought?
