As I have for the past 20 years, I’m looking forward to making Valentine’s Day romantic for 1500 to 2000 people. I’m a florist. It’s a big day for us, allowing people to express their love to their mate.

Yes, I do, but I still need to figure it out. It has to be romantic, with a nice, long, childless dinner with good wine. Last year we went to a winery for dinner and that was nice.
