Dogs love Halloween, too Dogs love Halloween, too (November 04, 2005)

First grade student Matthew Galvin reads to Dave Scimeca and therapy dog Dutch during the Pleasanton Library's Paws to Read night. Paws to Read is a program for students in grades 1-5 aimed at improving reading skills by having the students read to dogs. During the Oct. 25 Paws to Read night, the dogs dressed in costumes to celebrate Halloween, and Dutch came as Captain America.
