Harvest Park wrestled in the Bancroft Tournament in San Leandro recently, with sixth-graders Scott Freeland, Mitchell Grimes and Angel Irizarry placing first while Adam Aslain took third and and Tory Zeimer took fourth. At the seventh-grade level, Chris Pottis took fourth. The eighth-grade contingent was dominant. Antonio Ornelas took fourth place with a pin to his credit. Alex Hertzfeldt took first with three pins, and Chase Aura followed up his second place at the Northern California Tournament of Champions (TOC) with a three-pin Championship. Brenden Hamilton followed his TOC Championship with another dominating three-pin Championship. The Harvest Park Wrestling Team will close out the seasons April 9 and April 16 at the League Championships.
