Harmony Crossroads WomenÕs Chorus

Housing Commission

School Board
The PUSD board meets at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the district office board room, 4665 Bernal Ave. The next meeting is May 27.

Youth Commission
The commission meets at 7 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month. The next meeting will be held June 11 at the Senior Center, 5353 Sunol Blvd.

Amador Adult School

Anger Management and Domestic Violence Classes

Parenting Teens
The Valley Community Health Center offers an ongoing parenting class, focusing on teen issues, from 5-7 p.m. Thursdays at 4361 Railroad Ave., suite A. CPR and Emergency Classes
Pleasanton Unified School District Adult Education offers courses in CPR for children and adults; basic first aid skills and Community Emergency Response Training (CERT). Equipment for the Visual Impaired

Exercise Classes
The Pleasanton Department of Parks and Community Services is holding registration for a variety of ongoing adult exercise classes, including aerobics, strength training, cardio-cross training and slim trim at the Pleasanton Senior Center, 5353 Sunol Blvd., and at the Veterans Memorial Building, 301 Main St. Morning and evening classes are offered. Falun Gong

Tragic Loss Support Group
With the current war in Iraq, and reports of casualties occurring, Hope Hospice recognizes the possibility of family, friends and loved ones needing support at this time. Tri-Valley Adolescent Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program
The Valley Community Health Center has expanded its Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program to include Tri-Valley adolescents with substance abuse problems. The ValleyCare Auxiliary needs both Livermore and Pleasanton volunteers and has a child care exchange idea. If two friends or neighbors with young children join the Auxiliary, they can exchange babysitting duties.
