Wallace Mayer, a 1995 graduate of Amador Valley High School, now a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps, was recently deployed to Kuwait. Mayer holds a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Sacramento State University. He is the son of Wally and Ginny Mayer.
