Sparky George Needs Volunteers

Uploaded: Jun 12, 2009
George Cave, also known as Sparky George, needs volunteers to hand out fliers on Hat's Off America at the 4th of July parade in Danville.

Hat's Off America is the non-profit organization Sparky incorporated in 2004 to help families of soldiers who died in Afghanistan or Iraq. Sparky raises money through a variety of special events held throughout the year. He also runs five miles every night to increase donations.

Sparky emailed me the following request for help. "We are in need for the 4th of July Parade in Danville to pass out our fliers so we can find people inclined to give so we can bring the Arroyave family closer to financial health after their ultimate sacrifice. If you can help us or direct us to some one, we would be forever in debt to you. Call 925/855-1950 also

Sincerely Sparky"

If anyone can help Sparky at the 4th of July Parade, please contact him at the phone number above. You can read about the Arroyave family on the website.
