Lisa Curtis and Michael Millard

Jack Kiser and Paddy Bryant announce the engagement of their daughter Lisa Curtis to Michael Millard, son of Paddie and the late Jack Millard. Michael proposed on Christmas Eve and the couple will marry at the Pioneer Living History Village in Phoenix, Ariz. on Oct. 23. Michael Millard grew up in Pleasanton and graduated from Foothill High School in 1982.
