Moxley named one of top 30 Realtors under 30

Alain Pinel agent handled $18 million in sales in 2007

Tyler Moxley, a fourth-generation real estate professional associated with Alain Pinel Realtors in Pleasanton, has been selected as one of Realtor Magazine's "30 Under 30" featured rising stars and, according to the magazine, is currently one of the top 30 Realtors in the nation under 30 years old.

In 2005, the Bay East Association of Realtors named him "Rookie of the Year."

Working with his mother, Realtor Kris Moxley, Tyler Moxley, 25, is part of the Moxley team at Alain Pinel, which uses its website moxleyteam.com for contacts. Last year, the younger Moxley closed 23 transactions worth $18 million.

"Wherever the market is, what matters is a perfect match between the prospect and the property," Moxley says. "And the key to that match is using technology appropriately--not just having a website, but showing the prospective buyer or seller through technology and innovation that you, the Realtor, are doing the best possible job of understanding their needs and representing their interests."

Moxley said he uses podcasts, text messaging and custom presentations as part of his real estate tools kit to attract and serve clients.

Still working on his broker's license, Moxley has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Internet Professional (e-PRO) designations from the NAR.
