Alison Weaver & Thomas Brown

Alison Marie Weaver was married to Thomas David Brown on Jan. 1.

Ali is the daughter of Kris and Greg Weaver and a 2003 graduate of Amador Valley High School. Tommy's family resides in Pembroke Pines, Fla.

The wedding took place in Spokane, Wash. Ali's sister Jen was the maid of honor. Other local participants included Alison Spiller, bridesmaid, J.R. Weaver, groomsman, and Tyler Curtis on guitar. The couple honeymooned in Sedona, Ariz.

The couple met and continues to reside in Spokane. Ali received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Whitworth College and will be attending graduate school at Gonzaga University in the fall. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science in missionary aviation technology from Moody Bible Institute, where he is currently teaching.

I know some people consider marriage a death sentence, but having a obituary for your marriage announcement ;-)
