My daughter Gabriella Sanchez was so upset about this news that after school she went home and wrote this poem. Wanted to share it with you and others.
Laughing, giggling, smiling is what they were about
But now they're scared for life definitely without a doubt.
Why is it them for they did no harm
How would they have known, letting go of daddy's arms
These innocent angels are killed before their eyes
Some though did not, hearing gun shots and cries
They had a future to live for, not die names carved on stones
Birthdays, graduations, weddings and maybe children of their own
I just can't understand why a man would go and kill
For you have no soul, brain, or heart to go ahead and fill.
Why shoot yourself, it would do you no good
But down below is where you'd go for messing childhoods
Christmas is almost here nearly just one week away
Names inked on presents now just run and fade
So look aren't you happy for what you have just done?
Murdered not just little kids but many of loved ones!
