Accidentally killing a no-good thug in the line of duty should be looked at for what it is - preventative policing. Too bad there are too many anachists, sociopaths and white guilted do-gooders that there's political pressure for the verdict to be what it was instead of giving this guy what he deserved - a medal.

It happened on BART. What more do we need to no? The anachists and white guilted do-goods are taking us all down the tubes. God Bless America. We need it!

Looks like we are allowed to execute people who are already restrained and face down on the pavement. I will remember this the next time a thug holds up a pleasanton business and I am nearby to help...
