I have met her and Pat is wonderful! I am told she sells large homes too. One in Ruby Hill sold for about $2 million! Now that is a good realtor with range.

Realtors are the most overrated profession there is. They caused this problem, along with the Banks and the mortgage pimps. Throw in the appraiser and obviously the PW because that's the only way that fish wrap would stay in business. They are glorified chaffeurs that stick signs in lawns.
