Kolln & Valley

I am glad that the council decided to open Stoneridge, thinking of the town rather than an isolated community. People, heading west, will get off at El Charro, take a right on Stoneridge, turn left on Kamp, turn right on Mohr, take a left on Kolln. Then suddenly there is a wall at Kolln and Valley. Why should one area of town restrict access while others are open? The council needs to continue to think of the town rather than an isolated community and open the wall at Kolln and Valley. If not, a wall should be installed at Kolln to restrict access from Stoneridge as Kolln is restricted from Valley. Fair is fair.
