It says he was convicted and sentenced in 1990 for 115 months, about 9.5 years.
So how did he get out to get convicted in 2001?
And if he was convicted yet again in 2012, should not that be the Third Strike?

IF he spent all the sentence in jail, he then went out and got convicted very fast. Very efficient?
Guess he did not learn anything.

You've gotta be a pretty dumb criminal to rob a bank. Bank robbery has the highest conviction rate among all major crimes. Being convicted in 1990 and again in 2001 should have taught him that, but obviously he's a slow learner. This is his third strike, so he'll have a lot of time in prison to mull over this fact.
