Gas station slated to add convenience store accused of selling cigarettes to minor

The Union 76 gas station at First and Ray streets in Pleasanton that's about to be expanded with a convenience store was accused by Alameda County authorities yesterday of selling cigarettes to a minor.

I can't believe a convenience store is going in there a beautiful spot a convenience store! ugh...seriously going to change the feel and attract late night problems.. too bad

This really isn't a surprise. Many stores sell to minors without carding and/or kids go and get fake IDs. The donut shop in the Trader Joe's shopping center use to cell cigarettes to minors ALL the time back in the '90s and early '00s. Buy a certain amount of donuts and they'd put the cigarettes in the bottom of the bag.
