It is possible that the Obama administration's ruthless and unprecedented oppression of American media is having its effect. We currently have an administration embroiled in three of the worst scandals to ever have been perpetrated upon the United States.
Only the CBS Evening News of the broadcast network evening newscasts bothered to "report" on the earth-shaking scandals, giving them a "full" 20 seconds.
Yet, ABC World News and the NBC Nightly News made room to highlight a photo of a 17-year-old Barack Obama and his prom date along with a friend and his date.
Both ABC World News anchor Dan Harris and NBC Nightly News anchor Ann Curry took time to point out how Obama, in a note written in the yearbook of the friend's date, called her "foxy." The picture and yearbook page were given to Time magazine by the woman.
We may now be moving into new, uncharted territory where U.S. media are afraid to report the truth, even on something as momentous as the IRS focusing on avowed anti-tax groups.
Only former Alaskan Governor, Sarah Palin, had the courage to speak out against this travesty. "We have Boston Marathon terrorists writing love notes to Hillary Clinton, but the media only report on the 17 year-old Obama's shamelessly lurid flirtation with his friend's girlfriend."
Asked if she thought U.S. reporters were intimidated by the Obama administration, Palin responded: "Of course! On any given day I look up and see U.S. fighter planes in the air. This, combined with Obama's desire to take away our guns, points to just what the government can do. Reporters are understandably quaking in their shoes as I speak."
