How wonderful. You all must have such a nice time.
I think Val's has a back room that could accommodate all of you. In all honesty, their food isn't my favorite, but it's decent and I have a feeling it's more about the company for all of you.
I have a feeling if you call ahead and do an early lunch that Eddie Papa's would accommodate you. They open at 11:00 on weekdays and have brunch on weekends if that might work. I quite enjoy their food and I've found the service outstanding. Their prices arent like Denny's but neither is their food. You can easily get a sandwich or many other entrees in the $10 range with good portions too.
Then there's Girasole for Italian food that has a good size back room that I have used for meetings and that I know they'd make available to accommodate you. They too open at 11:00 AM on weekdays. If you go there, start with a huge order of their scoozi bread. Oh my word. Entrees for lunch seem to be between $10 - $14, but with more than 18 people, they can set up more of a banquet for you and they won't charge for the room. Oh, and one more thing.... Girasole often offers their certificates on restaurant.com with huge savings. You'll want to check that out.
I hope this helps and I will keep thinking. It might be fun to rotate through different restaurants. Sounds like fun.

There is also zorn's but you'd want to check and see if they can accommodate you without breaking you up. They serve breakfast and lunch and I don't know of any item on the menu over $10. Little bit old school.
If I had to rank these four, it would be easy:
1). Eddie Papa's

I'd agree with both top choices. I might rank Girasole 1, and Eddie Papa's 2, but both are best choices of mid-range food, cost, and accommodations. I know Girasole will rake good care of you.
