I received a notification in the mail about potential development of land east of Martin Avenue which the city owns. 235 acres is currently zoned for residential. My neighbor said that the city plans on buidling high density, low income, collapsable buildings on the property to meet a lawsuit settlement of some sort. I do not care about the building there but with Stoneridge going through, traffic for Mohr Elementary, and now this it is going to be true gridlock.
Does anyone have the facts on this issue?
