Deleting the word "terrorist" from the descriptor "terrorist extremist" -- ostensibly because Obama didn't want initial reports to upset the Islamic world -- is probably the worst lie ever concocted out of our nation's White House.
"People may be starting to use the I-word before too long," Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) said on a recent radio program.
Inhofe suggested that President Obama could soon be impeached, and possibly even imprisoned, over what he alleged was a White House cover-up after last year's attack in Benghazi, Libya.
Inhofe, the top Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, said in an interview Thursday with the "Rusty Humphries Show" that impeachment would become an issue soon over the "greatest cover-up in American history," with imprisonment following soon thereafter.
"People may be starting to use I-words before too long," Inhofe said.
"The I-word meaning impeachment?" Humphries asked.
"Yeah, for starters," Inhofe responded.
"Of all the great cover-ups in history the Pentagon papers, Iran-Contra, Watergate, the Iraq War, all the rest of them this is going to go down as the most egregious cover-up in American history," Inhofe said.
Asked to elaborate on what he meant by "the Iraq War," Imhofe paused for several moments and then said, "Scratch that."
