In the companies I own, all nonunion, if anyone says anything bad about another person in the workplace, we terminate the suspect on the spot. Grievance hearings and "workers rights" are too expensive in today's world. If someone is suspected, just fire 'em. That's what my Daddy taught me, and that's what I do.
