Jerry McNerney two-faced on green energy: says one thing, votes differently

Original post made by jimf01, another community, on Sep 21, 2012

McNerney is suddenly running away from the issue that defined his candidacy and his entire record in Congress -- the advocacy of green energy, its supposedly endless economic potential, and the need for costly government incentives to promote its development.

OMG!!!

A Democrat voted against a Republican-backed bill!!!

Stop the presses! Call CNN/Fox/MSNBC!!!

Could it be private sector businesses are responsible for (OMG again) misleading the government and the public about their solvency?

I am shocked a politician would say one thing and do another... keep giving them more power and money... it only makes sense

"Politicians are a set of men who have interests aside from the interests of the people and who, to say the most of them, are, taken as a mass, at least one long step removed from honest men." - Abraham Lincoln

"Politics is supposed to be the second oldest profession. I have come to realize that it bears a very close resemblance to the first." -
Ronald Reagan

"A politician thinks of the next election. A statesman, of the next generation." - James Freeman Clarke

Can we all please note that the original comment was posted by Jim Fisfis, a consultant on payroll for Ricky Gill? Additionally, his comment is copied from a Gill press release/spin of the truth?

In this political climate, please check where you're getting your facts from.

This is the most important point. This article is low-grade smear piece ... with no information content. The people of this district deserve better!!

In recent years...the Republicans have become known for spending millons of dollars...and blanketing the airwaves with disgusting, negative advertising...that serves no purpose but to make everyone want to give up paying attention.....and not vote.

But we have important issues to discuss. Jerry McNerney has done an exemplary job with his competence, integrity and accomplishments, for this district, and deserves to be re-elected.
