Accidentally killing a no-good thug in the line of duty should be looked at for what it is - preventative policing. Too bad there are too many anachists, sociopaths and white guilted do-gooders that there's political pressure for the verdict to be what it was instead of giving this guy what he deserved - a medal.

It happened on BART. What more do we need to no? The anachists and white guilted do-goods are taking us all down the tubes. God Bless America. We need it!

Looks like we are allowed to execute people who are already restrained and face down on the pavement. I will remember this the next time a thug holds up a pleasanton business and I am nearby to help...

Maybe its time for law-abiding citizens to "express thier outrage" at the acts of thugs from the hood and have a really good riot. Has the time come that whenever a Oakland thug commits a serious crime, there should be a good old trash and burn on the thug-breading grounds in Oakland? Maybe riots should be an equal-opportunity endeavor.

Mike if you watch the videos on youtube you will see he was not restrained and he was trying to get up when the officer went to tase him to keep him down, he even yelled out don't tase me in response to the officer's command to stay down or get tased.

If the cop shot him, I'm sure the thug deserved it. Also, the cop wasn't a union scum, so that also works in his favor. Think about how that Oakland banger was whaling on everyone and intimating them with his glaring eyes. He needed to be shot. Thats whats coming to Pleasanton with low income housing and its BART connecter.
