Aurangabad, near Mumbai in India is growing as a popular destination for affordable Medical Tourism . Specially for joint replacement surgery. Inclusive of imported material, the cost of surgery is less than 1/10th that in the US.

Any idea what their rate of success or infection is? Seems like a long way to go to take a huge risk, not to mention the cost of the flight. Expensive as it may be, there's a reason why many foreigners come here for major medical treatment.
