Quilts of Valor comfort our wounded warriors, in any capacity, from any conflict. Please consider making a donation of your time or treasure to the Amador Valley Quilters who have created a Rookie Quilt Project to teach any quilter wannabe how to create these beautiful patriotic quilts that are given to veterans in the this community. Get a group together - this can be fun! Web Link
My son was injured in Iraq and received a Quilt of Valor as he recovered. I will never forget the kindness of others and hope more Quilts of Valor reach all our military.
