Alameda County felons among dozens receiving governor's pardon on Easter weekend

On the day before Easter, Gov. Jerry Brown issued full pardons to 65 convicts who have "demonstrated exemplary behavior" since being released from prison.

I guess william tell doesnt believe in second chances. Obviously there is strict criteria involved in getting a pardon.
